Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Rezelio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a child, you agree to these terms on their behalf and take responsibility for their use of the platform. If you are a school or organisation, you agree on behalf of your institution.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Wikrena Limited (trading as Rezelio), registered in Nigeria, with our address in Enugu.

Rezelio is designed for children and young people aged 7–19, and for the parents, guardians, schools, and teachers who support them.

• ●Explorers (ages 7–10) and Builders (ages 11–14) must have an account created by a parent, guardian, or school. They cannot register themselves.
• ●Pioneers (ages 15–19) may self-register using their own email address. Date of birth is verified at registration. Anyone outside this age range cannot complete Pioneer registration.
• ●Parents and guardians must be 18 or older.
• ●Schools and teachers must have a registered institution and a valid institutional email address.

Children's accounts (Explorers and Builders)

The parent, guardian, or school who creates the account is responsible for all activity on that account. Children access the platform using a name and PIN. PINs are private — do not share them with anyone other than the child they belong to.

Pioneer accounts

Pioneers manage their own accounts and are responsible for keeping their password secure. Pioneers who opt in to parental linking should be aware that their parent or guardian will have visibility into their learning activity.

Adult accounts (Parents, Schools, Teachers)

You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at hello@rezelio.com.

If you create an account for a child, you take on the following responsibilities:

• ●Ensure that the information you provide is accurate — especially the child's date of birth, which determines their learning track.
• ●Supervise your child's use of the platform in a way appropriate for their age.
• ●Keep the child's PIN secure and confidential.
• ●Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to the child's account.

Schools are responsible for ensuring that teacher access is granted only to staff with appropriate clearance, and for obtaining the necessary parental consent before adding children to a class roster.

You agree not to:

• ●Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or harmful to others.
• ●Attempt to access another user's account or personal data.
• ●Upload, share, or post content that is offensive, sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory.
• ●Attempt to manipulate or bypass the Zelio AI tutor's pedagogy rules.
• ●Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
• ●Misrepresent your age or identity during registration.
• ●Resell or redistribute access to Rezelio without our written permission.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, without prior notice where the situation warrants it.

Some features of Rezelio require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed by Paystack. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis — monthly or annual — until you cancel.

• ●You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, unless required by applicable law.
• ●If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If the payment cannot be recovered after reasonable attempts, access to paid features may be suspended until the balance is resolved.
• ●Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless your account is configured otherwise.
• ●We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

The platform allows students to create and list items in the Marketplace. You retain ownership of the content you create. By listing content on the Marketplace, you grant Rezelio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content to other users of the platform.

You confirm that any content you list is yours to sell, does not infringe anyone else's rights, and complies with our acceptable use rules. We may remove listings that violate these rules at any time and without prior notice. When a sale is made, Rezelio deducts a platform fee; the remainder is credited to the seller's coin balance.

The Zelio AI tutor is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Zelio exists to help children learn — not to entertain, complete homework on their behalf, or discuss topics unrelated to the curriculum.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the platform at any time. Where a change is significant, we will notify users by email or through an in-platform notice with reasonable advance warning.

We may also update these Terms of Service. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to your account if we believe you have violated these terms — without prior notice if the situation is serious enough to warrant it. You may close your own account at any time by contacting us at hello@rezelio.com.

On termination, your right to access the platform ends immediately. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including the 90-day deletion window for personal data.

Rezelio provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities, though we work hard to make it all three.

To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Wikrena Limited's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Rezelio is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of Rezelio will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
