Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device when you visit. They help websites remember things between page loads — like who you are, so you stay logged in as you move around the platform.

Cookies are not executable programs. They cannot run code on your device or install software. Most of the time, they just hold a small, random token that the server recognises as belonging to your session.

Our cookies fall into two categories: essential authentication cookies set by Supabase, and optional payment cookies set by Paystack when you make a payment.

Authentication and session management

When you log in to Rezelio — whether as a parent, teacher, or through the student PIN login — cookies are set to maintain your session. Without these, you would be signed out every time you navigated to a new page.

These cookies are strictly necessary. Blocking them will prevent you from logging in or using protected areas of the platform.

Local storage (not cookies)

Some small interface preferences — such as whether the admin sidebar is collapsed — are stored in your browser's localStorage rather than in cookies. No personal data is stored this way. localStorage data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

We work with very few third-party services and we do not permit them to use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Please be aware that deleting authentication cookies will log you out of the platform. Blocking essential cookies will prevent the platform from working at all.
